AIWriteBook is an AI-powered platform that helps users write, create, and publish books. Our Service includes:

Book outline and structure generation
Character and setting creation tools
AI-assisted chapter writing
Book cover and illustration generation
Audiobook conversion
Export functionality (PDF, EPUB, DOCX formats)
Multilingual support for 30+ languages

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation. While we strive for high-quality output, AI-generated content may require human review and editing.

3. Account Registration

To use most features of the Service, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and update your information as needed
Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans:

Free Plan: Includes book planning, outline generation, and one free chapter
Plus Plan: $20/month (or $12/month billed annually) with 1,000 credits monthly
Pro Plan: $50/month (or $30/month billed annually) with 5,000 credits monthly
One-time credit purchases are also available

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring fees.

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Credits System

Credits are used to perform content generation actions within the Service. Current credit costs include:

Chapter outline generation: 3 credits
Full chapter writing: 10 credits
Illustration generation: 5 credits
Book cover generation: 30 credits
Audiobook chapter conversion: 200 credits

Book descriptions and character generations are free and do not consume credits.

Pro plan credits roll over for up to 3 months. One-time purchased credits expire 3 months after purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases, subject to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date
You must have used less than 50% of the credits allocated for that billing period
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days

To request a refund, contact us at author@aiwritebook.com with your account email and reason for the request.

One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all Content you create using our Service. You may sell, publish, distribute, or license your Content without restriction. We claim no ownership over books, chapters, outlines, characters, or other creative works you generate.

Our Platform

The Service, including its software, design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by AIWriteBook and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform.

License to Us

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license ends when you delete your Content or account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
Generate illegal, defamatory, threatening, or harassing content
Produce content depicting the exploitation of minors
Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access
Use automated systems to access the Service in violation of these Terms
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice or refund.

9. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content based on your inputs
AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all generated content before use
AI output may occasionally produce similar results for different users with similar inputs
We do not guarantee that generated content will be unique or free from unintentional similarities to existing works

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws, including copyright and publishing platform guidelines.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

Payment processors (for handling transactions)
Social login providers (Google, Facebook, etc.)
Analytics services
Cloud storage providers

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
Modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion
Change credit costs or feature availability with reasonable notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their use of the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIWRITEBOOK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Content you create or distribute using the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

15. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate and without refund.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. We may delete your Content after a reasonable retention period, unless we are required to retain it by law.

16. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and AIWriteBook, we encourage you to first contact us at author@aiwritebook.com to seek an informal resolution.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AIWriteBook is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIWriteBook regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to any affiliate or successor.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service.
