I got this to make a personalised storybook for my kids. It worked well enough that I've made a few more since. The part I like is that you're not stuck with the first draft. You edit the outline, change the characters, rewrite a paragraph that reads wrong, and regenerate just that bit. Illustrations come out of the same flow, so there's no stitching images in from another tool.
